I was born and raised in the small city of Hickory Grove, South Carolina and after marrying my husband Cas, we moved out to Greenville. Since then, I've traveled up and down the East Coast documenting love stories for couples and families. 

My love for photography has brought me everywhere from the beaches of  Florida to the mountains of Colorado. But regardless of where I travel, South Carolina will always hold my heart with its rich history and beautiful spaces.

I believe in real moments and chasing sunsets. In the kinds of images that remind you of the joy that can be found in the simplest of moments together. I believe in images that are itching to be printed, placed in beautiful frames and hung on walls for years to come. 

Photography has always been something that I have loved. I remember my parents giving me a Kodak digital camera for Christmas in the sixth grade. That little thing came with me everywhere! I loved getting to document the world as I saw it and relive all those special moments over and over again!

Whenever I pick up my camera, I strive to create beautiful and emotional images that tell a story and showcase the beauty of both the people in the images and the world around them. 

Even with it's ups and downs, your life, your story, are beautiful and I can't wait to create images to show that!

It started

with a kiss

When I was little, my entire family spent so much time together. We all lived on the same road and had huge sleep overs at my grandparents house. I remember sitting on my grandmothers couch watching old videos that my dad had made in high school of he, my mom, her family, and his brothers. We would sift through piles and piles of old photos in my grandmothers albums. Although the details have started to fade, I always remember the joy I and my sisters felt seeing those memories. 

I saw just how much those photos and videos impacted us and my parents, as the years had passed some of the people included were no longer with us. Although they were gone, those memories will always be there. That is the type of impact I want my photos to have for you all.
